I am pleased to announce that Mr. gold has recently defected to The Rx. Some of you may remember his welcome thread in Offshore which got mixed reviews. Rumors have been afloat regarding his gamesharps, particularly with the "trotters." He made a post this morning stating that picking the right side is usually a matter of luck. dimeplayersonly speculated that he may be a sharp posing as a square.
Later that same afternoon, Mr. gold issued an open challenge to all Rx sharps, one of which Mr. gold will select for this challenge.
jj, here are the rules as I understand them:
1) Five bases pick on Saturday
2) No side greater than -130 can be played by either contestant
3) all plays are for one unit, but I am not sure whether this means that each play risks one unit. jj will clarify
4) Games may be posted from 7:00 EST on Friday until 12:00 EST on Sat.
It remains to be determined which lines will be used, but I assume that jj has something in mind.
